Shipping Policy & Local Pickup

We take pride in getting your items to you in a timely manner that is why we promise to ship your items out within 48 hours of receiving payment (Excluding weekends and holidays). We ship Monday through Friday.

*Please note that once the item has been handed off to the shipper we are not responsible for the package. Including lost and/or damaged items. Should an item be lost in transit you will need to contact the shipping provider.

Local Pickup:

Local pickup is available as a convenience for our customers. Porch pickup is available Monday through Friday via appointment. Please make sure to schedule this (before heading out) by texting (831) 595-3544 with the name and order number so we can have your items ready. We ask that you schedule 24 hours in advance. Please do NOT show up without making a pickup appointment as we may not be home and you may waste a trip. Any items not scheduled for pickup within 7 days will be charged a shipping fee. We can NOT hold items longer than 2 weeks.

Local Delivery:

We are now offering local delivery in Salinas and in Prunedale/.Watsonville. Local shipping is FREE with a minimum order of $25 or $3 if under the $25 minimum. We will deliver your items within 7 business days (not including weekends and/or holidays) to the address specified by you. The item will be left on the front porch/doorknob of requested address. Please note delivery will be contactless and as such you will need to have a safe space for the item to be delivered. We can NOT deliver to gated apartments and/or communities. Please also leave your phone number so we can text you once your order has been delivered. Please note that once the item is delivered we are not responsible for items lost and or stolen from the property. By using this delivery service you assume all risks involved with delivery.
